Neighbors Helping eighbors Sundays
March 22, 2009 details

Here are details about the March 22, 2009 event.

• Teams: We defined 24 teams. 11 were neighbors, 5 were public service projects and the rest were support teams that we need to make things run.
• Clients: The neighbor projects were church neighbors who needed help with clean up. The public projects are street and park clean up.
• Team Members: We had about 120 church members signed up.
• Dumpster expense: Most of the dumpster expense was again covered by member donations. Thanks to everyone who helped with this.
  BTW: we filled both dumpsters to the brim and drove at least three truck loads extra directly to the transfer station!

The Neighbor Sunday meal is a major part of every event. Loads of behind the scenes work go into preparing for this meal (thanks Kitchen Team!).
